Shane Sparks Arrested : Celebrity Choreographer Shane Sparks Arrest
“So You Think You Can Dance” choreographer and “America’s Best Dance Crew” judge Shane Sparks was arrested on charges of child molestation, TMZ.com reports. Read Charges here http://ow.ly/NAkK Sparks caught on videotape by Los Angeles’ Fox 11 news channel as he was being taken into custody by police on Friday morning. The criminal complaint, filed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, charges Sparks with eight incidents of alleged molestation with an underage girl.
TMZ states that the lewd acts in the report include “oral copulation” and other acts “with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim].”
What are your thoughts?
The presumption of innocence;being considered innocent until proven guilty,is a legal right that the accused in criminal trials has. The burden of proof is on the prosecution, which has to collect and present enough compelling evidence to convince the jury of facts, who are restrained and ordered by law to consider only actual evidence and testimony that is legally admissible, and in most cases lawfully obtained, that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
I think that Shane is a warm loving, talented dedicated human being. If you ever had the chance to speak with him, you would feel the love and inhale his warmth. Innocent until proven guilty, I believe. It is unfortunate that some of you have already tried and convicted Shane without even allowing him his day in court to face his accuser and be heard by a jury. Shame on you!
